The printing center covers an area of about 50,000 square meters. In the first Phase, an area of 5,330 square meters is needed . The proposed place is in the western side of the press office building, which faces the main street of Downtown. As far as the following factors is concerned, such as water supply, power supply, drainage, communication and traffic , the condition of the land constructing is very good. In the second Phase, an area of 44,670 square meters will be purchased to build the printing center and industry park. A modern logistics and distribution center will be built in addition to the purchase of large high-grade printing equipment and facilities. |
